I bought a penguin backpack for a young child for Christmas. The item arrived on time and looked great, really cute. There was an issue with the stitching on the carry handle and I emailed the company and sent a photo of the faulty handle (on Boxing Day). I was offered a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement and it was delivered on 29th December. Absolutely no hassle at all - excellent customer service. Annoying that there was a problem in the first place (these things happen) but the speed of replacement really helped. I will definitely consider buying from them again.

My order for two identical items, as birthday presents, placed on the 10th of August was split into 2 deliveries. Only one arrived within the quoted time,but the second has not so far materialised 4 days later.
The grandchildren are not impressed!!

Good product, good price, quick delivery

Purchased this for our 3 year old granddaughter's birthday which was about 5 weeks ago, and it's been a huge success. She has a go at the construction herself and of course is frequently thwarted by the marbles not travelling freely where she hoped, but that's all part of the learning process.
I read the reviews before purchasing and can attest that the pieces are very robust and sturdy. It took a little while to realise the significance of each of the different smaller coloured plastic fitments, and find the little grooves that help them click on to the larger ( non plastic) tubes, but it quickly got easier to build whichever of the many variations our granddaughter requests. Great entertainment for other visitors to the house too and it seems to have found a permanent place on our son and daughter's coffee table.

Update. She's now 4 yrs and 2 months and the marble run is still played with frequently. She's able to build it herself now and discover which combinations work best. The instructions aren't great for her to follow as the crucial differentiation between the little coloured plastic bases isn't very clear and often has to be guessed at. But it doesn't stop her trying and it's still a good learning experience for her - as well as fun.

Further update:
Now nearly 6 years old with many more activities to distract her but still occasionally builds her own design with the set, or asks me to help her make one of the larger ones in the instruction booklet

Best price we could find on football game gift for our grandson. Prompt delivery and when we had an issue it was dealt with and resolved quickly. Communication was really good. Would definitely use this company again.

Play kitchen doesn’t add up. The measurements are completely off and are not going together even though we’ve taken it apart and put it back together numerous times. The kitchen also came broken on some bits. So I’m not happy.

Not only was the bag my scooter in ripped when it was delivered to me , when I took it out the bag the box had been kicked, thanks to your delivery drivers. Just do other people know and don't think the product is broken like I did. It doesn't say in the instructions but PUSH THE SCOOTER ALL THE WAY DOWN before you push it up , this will unfold it.

Great customer service. Had a very minor issue which was sorted out very quickly by Lydia via email. Her responses were very quick especially considering the current circumstances we all find ourselves in. I would like to extend my thanks to her and your company also. Great product and excellent value for money. Will purchase from this company again.

Website claims 2 days delivery, however i am waiting now over 9 days and still my item has not arrived. Poor customer service, No reply to emails and not answering the phones. Other people have got thier orders on time. I would avoid buying anything from this company.

Sharing a review a year after ordering because I am very impressed with the consistent customer service. Ordered a wooden kitchen toy which is so unique and great quality and I get so many compliments on it. Highly recommend ordering from here.
