Purchased swimwear from LLBean that was never worn. Returned both orders within one year limit offered by retailer. Confirmed with LLBean that items were received in perfect condition. LLBean has refunded Borderfree but now THREE WEEKS later, Borderfree has still not issued refund via PayPal. Angry and distressed, it is A LOT of money and Borderfree still sitting on it. Where is my money Borderfree, you have alllllll the info you need.

I ordered a gift on a Friday and received the package at the Thursday the next week (I’m living in Switzerland). I’m very happy with my purchase!

Smooth and fast shopping experience

I placed an international order on SaksOffFifth.com on April 7. My credit card got charged by Borderfree on the same day, and the order was confirmed with order number E4X001097754490. One month has passed, my items are still not shipped. Neither Borderfree nor SaksOffFifth.com is contactable.

Great product and arrived in good time. Well packaged.

Edit: was finally able to get a hold of an actual person at Davids Bridal and he explained that the order wasn’t due to ship until July 20th… not sure why it didn’t say that in the confirmation email but I was able to cancel the order and got my money back.

My daughter ordered a grad dress from David’s Bridal. We received a confirmation email with an order number on the same day from Borderfree and Borderfree charged my credit card 9 days later but we never got a tracking number and have had no communication since they charged the credit card. It’s been a month now and nothing. When I go to the David’s bridal site there is no record of my email, or the order number and no one responds to my emails.

Excellent service, I ordered a dress and it was delivered within 3 days. The dress did not fit but straight away I order another dress. Would have no hesitation in recommending

I have an order number and an email. Took my money but I can't get my order. Seems like I never existed. My order number doesn't exist, my email doesn't exist, my phone number. WTF! Seriously not impressed. Not happy at all. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU ARE FROM CANADA. THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY BUT DOES NOT PROVIDE YOUR ORDERS EMAILS PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE ARE UNMONITORED. CALLING DID NOTHING.

I have an order number and a text number to find my order and neither work, but they took my money. I can't reach anyone.

I received a faulty item and went through all the right channels to get a refund. DHL sent me confirmation that it was received back to the them almost a month ago yet still no refund and no-one will give me an answer of why I've not had my money back. At best they are incompetent and rude but I'm sceptical that there isn't some sort of scam going on based on other reviews with similar experiences to mine

Ordered a pair of Danner boots to be shipped to France on 12/19, arrived on 01/02, which corresponds to 10 business days if ya include everything around xmas and new years: well within the 4-11 business day estimate.

The longest wait periods without intermittent notices were between the notifications "Your order will ship soon" and "Your order has shipped"(8 days later), and the actual receival of the shipment by DHL (4 days later). Once DHL had it, it rocketed with regular updates and arrived in 3 days.

Naturally, realizing after the fact that the order had been passed through BorderFree and not Danner directly, and seeing the reviews on here, was a bit worrying.

Which is why I decided to write this. According to their site, BorderFree was bought out by Global-E in 2022 (who has much better reviews). So maybe that made a difference, or maybe they just changed their game on their own (the bad reviews seem to be older).

All I can say is excellent service, provided exactly what I wanted on time, in great condition, without any hastle. Very happy to be able to have a piece of home while living abroad. Thank you.

This is the worse service provider I have come across . They refuse to take responsibility of the delay and have no clarity on information of shipment details etc. think twice before you use them .

BorderFree is not Free. Shipping cotton wear from Macy's is 2 times more expensive than private shipping with EMS. And these guys have benefits of large bulk operation at 1/10~1/20 of costs EMS charges. It is exactly 10 times more expensive than Yoox offers, not taking into account that Yoox does not charge for orders over $300.

Order from Bloomingdales US to South Korea arrived within 7 calendar days. The estimate was 6-14 business days as far as I remember, so this was unexpectedly early.
It was my second time ordering through Borderfree. Looking at reviews I was actually scared as I didn't remember my previous order, but looking back on it now that one also arrived in time.
The only thing I would say is the ordering platform looks a bit dated, but super happy with the speed and service provided.

Slow and expensive. No value on any level.
Be wary of any company that transfers from their website to Borderfree to complete an order. Especially if the order is international (which, given the name, might be always).
The delivery of your item will be slow (my experience was 5 days without processing) and expensive. I could have bought it locally for much cheaper. I found the experience purely an exercise in time wasting and frustration.

I am from Winnipeg Canada, and had ordered my daughters grad dress. I was nervous based on all of the horrible reviews but glad we took a chance every thing arrived with in the time line provided. Once in Canada they used a different carrier. All was good, I would order again.

I have ordered 3 pairs of shoes from macy's/borderfree website on June 03,2023. only received 2 pairs, I have contacted their customer service and was being told to contact the seller, the seller never responded, I did not get my shoes, no respond, no refund. item+plus shipping was 70 dollars.
its been over a year, i still want others to know...
