I am happy with the customer service, I sent a cheque for my order, which took a while to be delivered,I was worried that it might’ve gotten lost, I called customer service twice before they got my cheque, always answered right away and sent me an email the day of receiving it. I didn't receive my order. When I placed the order, I followed all the instructions and then at the end, entered the payment information. It was accepted, and then I receive one call from your office about change of price which was extremely unprofessional and then the second call, although I had entered the payment information still they wanted me to give that information over the phone, which I didn't. This was a very small purchase and beginning of our relationship. I was hoping in a good fate I would receive the order and if there was a difference for 30 40 $50, I would be happy to pay once I had the order.
