It works well until it fails badly ...

Situation from real life. You are a walking pass anger traveling with a luggage. Arrive from Rønne to Ystad, and don't find you bag on a wagon. The local Ystad reception cannot do anything for you, just sending you to find a customer care phone number on the bornholmlinjen website. The phone number after struggle leads you to operator only to hear fill the form online. She/he will not make a move to ask colleagues in a next room what could happen with a bag. You need to continue your travel, may be need to fly from Copenhagen.... In the very best case you lost bag will return to Rønne and wait there for some time for someone to pick it... Your travel plans are broken, bag with all goods is lost if you are not coming back to BornHolm soon again...

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, but only 1 lift in one end of the ship. If your car is in the front it will take you most of the trip to get of the cardeck.

No money,no ticket and no help!!!!

How it can be that I buy ticket on your website the money was taken from my bank account but I didn’t receive any ticket!!! When I try contact the customer service they don’t want to help me with this!!!!!!!!! And they even hangs phone on me!!!!!!! No money,no ticket and no help!!!!

Bad network and more.

Bad network and takes too long time to log on it, All toilets are full all the time, stinks as poop in the bathrooms. Lashes too much. Well good service but not good boat or captain.

Retired and disabled people do not deserve same service as "normal humans"

When you book tickets; you have to chose between standard, retired and disabled options. If you are retired or disabled you of course pick that entry option for ticket purchase. However, budget option tickets are NEVER SHOWN to this group of customers. Basically if you are retired or disabled this company does not consider you as eligible for budget offer tickets. You have to repeat the ticket search and pick "standard customer" to be shown cheapest tickets. Nowhere on the website is there a simple overview over ticket prices. After talking to customer service, the answer was that they are not obliged to show the cheapest option to all customer categories and that one should read the entire "fine print documents". It might not be illegal, but it certainly is disrespectful to not employ the same ticket logarithms to all human beings.... if not at least write clearly in large font on the website that "retired or disabled" ticket options are not shown campaign offers or budget options. The customer service person was not willing to even see that this could discriminate people who identify as other than "standard" - and not at all open to work towards rectifying insufficient website content.
