Last year we bought some goods on business and paid too much because of a misunderstanding. We are still waiting for an answer and a refund

I was a big fan of their products. Almost as soon as their brand BORNN was founded, I knew them and bought a lot of products. But when I couldn't buy their items in my city, I emailed them to ask which stores and online shops in my country could buy them.
There was no response from them, but this is often the case. For example, when they are on vacation. No problem, so I asked again a little later.
But again, there was no reply from them. I was very disappointed, but I enjoyed seeing their beautiful products on Instagram. And after a while, the other day I casually commented on this story on their Instagram. I added at the end, "I wish you all great success." They immediately replied, "Please send your question to this address," but there was no warmth there...
Besides that address was exactly the address I emailed, so I replied it.
Then in just an hour they deleted all my comments...

This is the first time for me, and I have never seen any company do this. I was very surprised and finally commented, "I was surprised that you remove these comments, and I am very disappointed..." I was also interested in how they responded to the comment.

What will happen to a company that have been big fans for 7 years?

The answer was "delete my last comment" and "block my account".

I don't know of any company that blocked the customer who asked the question. My attitude was polite from beginning to end, and I commented with humor. Still, my comments were a mess of their beautiful photos for them...
The company isn't that big, and it's unlikely that the person responsible for customer service did this on their own. Their attitude was so terrible. I think the founder of this company did it.
No matter how beautiful the product is, I will never buy it again at a company that throws away customers.
