Terrible customer service. Parcel was delivered to my “safe place” which I had not identified and was my driveway which is open to the entire street and visible. I contacted the sellers and they have responded once stating that they “hope I find my order” when it wasn’t there when I get home. I have asked them to replace my order as this is for Christmas and I have had no reply from my second email!
Will not be purchasing here again
Really poor quality items, wrapping paper arrived covered in dirt and scratches. Ordered Matte White Paper which was essentially just a drawing paper roll as you can see through it easily.
Delivery is fast, but aside from that a real let down.

My son really enjoyed the two toys we picked out for him, especially the pram string as that kept him entertained when I was trying to get jobs done!
The toys are beautifuly made and great quality and the set up for subscription is super easy. The idea behind this has so many benefits and it stops the need for mass plastic toys to be made, played with once and then thrown away. Great company and I encourage anyone with children to give it a go! It also saves you've the dreaded job of having to sort through your children's toys, you simply just post these back!
Such a brilliant idea, we bought a gift card as a 1st birthday present and it went down a treat. I loved that our friends could choose from such a beautiful range of toys and that we didn't end up buying more new toys that could go to waste. Fab service and I can't wait to hear about what they borrow.
