I ordered and paid for a calendar for my planner, received the wrong one, I called and they assured me they would send me the correct one. Never got it. Extremely disappointing. Never deal with your company again. Terrible customer service. Not worth the cost or the time, too bad.

Bosca is a company with a solid reputation. I have purchased several of their shaving kits and writing products. The leather used by them is of the best quality. Many of the high end companies with higher retail prices do not compare with the products sold by this company. I highly recommend them also for service and superior customer service after the sale is made.

Purchased a ladies wallet which was too small. Reordered the checkbook clutch in red and it was "sold out". i sent a message to notify me when it was available. That was several months ago and I have heard nothing from Bosca.

I used my day book for over 25 years. Bosca's product was always sent timely and was a big plus in my life. I truly regret Bosca's discontinuing their refill pages (that I looked forward to receiving every year) but I recommend them as a reputable company who produces a good product.

Coin purse was defective and the leather cracked serverly keeping it from functioning properly, I would have been happy with 50% off a replacement. They only offered me 10%. Can get more than that by just signing up on their website. Did not handle a customer that has bought a lot of items from them very well.

Wallet is very nice. I've had this 6 credit card model for 30 years. Probably 8 in total. My BIG problem is the wallet and all if their stuff is made in..... CHINA!!!!! They sold out their local Ohioans. Website still looks like it's made here. It ain't! Also despite Chinese slave wages they haven't lowered the price a cent. $80!! I've looked up kits to make wallets and may go that route in the future. So sorry Bosca it's ciao from me. (That's goobye in Italian.) Sorry I don't know it in Chinese
