Poor Special Promotion.
The lack of information in B & Q made it very difficult to take advantage of the special offer. I was told within the store, to order the item online at home. This I did, but the system was not straight foreword. I am still not sure how to get the free battery, which is part of the offer. I have many Bosch DIY products, but this promotion was poorly executed.
Don't trust this dreadful company
Absolutely dreadful company. Don't trust them. I made an order for a mower spare blade. The payment was taken and I waited for the part to arrive, which it didn't!! So I contacted Bosch who told me they were going to sort it out and send the part urgently. Then I received a call today asking me what my house number or house name is. So I told them. A few hours later I received an email to say the part was delivered yesterday (when I was at home) but no one had knocked, handed me anything, or asked for my signature and, up until today, they didn't know my house name - so how was delivery possible?
I have emailed them asking for proof of the signature and a photo when the parcel was handed over - as I don't believe them. I've asked for my PAID FOR order to be delivered immediately.
Awful customer service
I purchased an Aquatak 135 pressure washer at the beginning of September and the rotating jet from the Trio Nozzle was faulty. I spoke to an arrogant individual on the customer services number who wouldn't listen and she kept talking over me. To cut a long story short it has taken another 7 telephone calls, answered by equally unhelpful staff, plus 8 emails (most of which were ignored) before I finally received a replacement - after an 11 week wait. I was sent a high pressure hose for an Aqutak 160 at one point - which still hasn't been collected. This must be the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any firm. It is so disappointing as our family have purchased various Bosch appliances over the years. The customer service used to be excellent with friendly staff keen to help. I would be reluctant now to risk purchasing any more Bosch products.
I am so sorry I didn't read the Trust…
I am so sorry I didn't read the Trust Pilot reviews of Bosch Customer Service before I bought a Bosch Robot Mower at the end of April 2022 (based on a Which Best buy Recommendation). It was delivered in May and worked only once on 21st May and every time I tried to use it after that it kept giving error messages. I notified BOSCH about the problems on 28th May and after lots of emails to them, they agreed in mid June to take it back to look into it. Eventually I discovered that they dont have the parts needed and agreed to replace it. I have since sent numerous emails (some of which are totally ignored and others get a bland reply after about 10 days), several telephone telephone calls and a formal letter, and I am still waiting for a replacement. I know the time may seem short but I really need the Mower to cut the grass - it doesn't stop growing because I don't have a Mower. I used to think BOSCH was a reputable company - but am totally disillusioned and frustrated with the after sales service. If I could give zero stars I would. My advice - avoid!

worst registration process
I have been given a new jigsaw for Christmas, but trying to register it has consumed at least an hour of time before success. I had to create a new login, different to my appliances registration and still ended up getting nowhere, in the end had to go back to mobile phone and eventually succeeded after entering various numbers from the jigsaw case. I like the products but working worst registration process I have encountered. Wake up Bosch!
