The fridge freezer was delivered…
The fridge freezer was delivered damaged and the day after an engineer tried to replace the fridge door but was unsuccessful. He said the unit was misaligned and may have been damaged in transit. We were sent a replacement and this one is perfect.

Superb engineer
Superb engineer, and speedy resolution, but regulations mean that they cannot assist the customer moving a stacked dryer, which means delays in scheduling 2nd appointments etc. the booking and scheduling process needs to be amended to plan for that before the site visit.

After 5 visits to try to repair the fridge it was replaced and how wonderful to have a fridge that works!! All the engineers did their best - Danny came twice and was super helpful. So glad it got resolved l.

It really works!
It’s ten years since we had a new fridge freezer and tbh I was sceptical about Bosch’s claim that the fridge would keep food fresher for longer. But it’s actually true! Fruit and veg keep SO much longer than with our previous fridge, it’s brilliant! The fruit and veg drawer is very spacious too and I really like the separate drawer for meat. All in all I’m very pleased with my new fridge freezer!
