An EXCELLENT service from start to finish!
The process of booking my repair and the repair work undertaken was excellent. It was so easy to book and I was given an appointment quickly. The engineer who visited was outstanding! He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. He explained the problem and he gave good advice on keeping our machine in good working order. When one of our 3 Bosch integrated products failed after eight years the Bosch engineer arrived on time, explained what he plan to do to fix the problem. He was more than very professional in executing his task. He demonstrated more than once that the problem was solved and he returned the unit to its original cabinet. He cleared up and took away the faulty unit. The engineer was a credit to your company.
