Rapid turnaround... I sent the amplifier off on the Friday, it was fixed and back with me by the following Thursday.
No issues, everything went smoothly.

Great advice and easy communications, quick turnaround repair after my Audi Mk2 Bose Amp suffered water damage, now back in the car, better protected than before and all back to normal. Fantastic service.

Driving through pouring rain I went through a large puddle not realising there was a pot hole under the water, the audio in my Audi suddenly went crazy then stopped working, when it came back on the sound in the front wasn't right and the central dash speaker was croaking?

I had used Bose Repair Experts a few years back when my my speakers lost bass performance, so I sent the amp to them and when I received it back it worked perfectly, so suspecting this too was an amp issue I sent it off to them, unfortunately when I got it back the issues were still apparent, so I found a car audio technician down here in Cornwall who checked the speakers and told me he'd got the larger bass speakers working but the two small mid range and central speaker were blown, very difficult to buy these now but found them second hand on ebay, sadly the bass speakers stopped working almost immediately and audio man said as the newly fitted mid's were working fine the bass pair should too and that he thought it to be an amp problem. Bose Repairers had had my amp twice already over this issue, trying to find the fault but agreed with audio man and said send it back again, this time Chris at BR changed the software and hey presto, after almost a year without music the speakers all work and sound great.

Chris at BR has been brilliant trying to solve the problem, he even sent me a spare repaired amp but that didn't work, but bless him he preserved over all this time and eventually found the remedy to the problem, worth mentioning that each time the amp was sent back it had been tested and shown to work perfectly but the problem turned out to be it wasn't programmed correctly for my particular car, hence the change of software, which fixed the issue.

There was an initial charge but no charges for returning it twice more to him over a period of months.

I'm so grateful to Chris, I was pulling my hair out not knowing what to do, I dare say he was too, nothing seemed to work, but eventually he sorted it and he was brilliant, never washing his hands of the issue, or me and always at the end of an email, replying quickly to many messages.

I thoroughly recommend BR and I am so thankful to Chris for his help and perseverance, I honestly don't know what I would have done without him, it was a nightmare!

Looks like Bose have gone under so you can't buy their speakers, amps etc anymore, so BR are a god send to car owners with Bose equipment.

Followed the instructions carefully to send the Amp from France. All went quickly. 2 weeks from sending package to reinstalling in car. Repair fixed my lack of sound from speakers and sounds great. Only downside - DPD never did contact me when they had the package, they just turned up out of the blue a week later.

They are absolute experts in their field with exceptional knowledge and expertise. The team is incredibly helpful and supportive.

If you have any issues with your Bose amplifier, you won't find a better service provider than them.

I had a software problem with my amplifier, and while others told me to buy a new one, they fixed it in no time, without any issues.

Excellent service when my Audi's B&O amp went pop, online booking in was easy, there was a fast turnaround and a call to let me know that the repair was complete with an advisory that there would probably be damage to some of the speakers - which turned out to be spot on, with three of them needing to be replaced. They saved me a lot of money on the repair over a replacement with Audi. I think the Audi charge is around £2k to replace. I can highly recommend them, seem to know their stuff, professional and efficient.

I removed and posted my amp on Monday and on Thursday I received it back fully repaired and working better than ever! Brilliant service!!

I normally don't write reviews but I wanted too in this case because I was so impressed with the service I received.
Unlike other repair shops that advertise very cheap 'repair' fees, the guys at Bose Repair are upfront, honest and by far cheaper than the final cost of any others.
The repair was super fast, and I was kept informed throughout the process about what was happening and when I could expect my amp back. Even when DPD messed me around it was easier to chat to them who gave me a straight answer rather than DPD who were useless.
The after sales service was amazing, and the guys were super communicative to check the amp was working correctly and I hadn't had any issues installing it.
Again I couldn't recommend them more, don't bother with other 'repair' services that seem too good to be true (they are).

This is the way business should be done, clear communication, quick turn around and a follow up email to check everything OK.

From a search online, Autotronics came up as the number one option to send my amplifier for repair. After Autotronics having the Amplifier for two months and me having no stereo, they came back to me and said the corrosion was too bad for them to fix.

Porsche told me it was going to cost minimum of 2000 pounds for a new Amplifier.

I thought as a last ditch attempt I would hire Bose repair experts. In less than a week it was returned and working! I wish I would have went to them in the first instance.

I spoke with the man who was speaking fixing my amplifier. He was a lovely man. Great customer service. I really can’t say enough great things about him & his company. Thank you!

I had no idea what, if indeed anything, was wrong with the amp. I sent it off on the understanding that there would no charge beyond shipping if there was nothing wrong with it.

Their website instructions are clear and easy to follow and the help over chatbot was great.

They received the unit, tested it, found faults, fixed it and returned it.

The unit was back in my hands within 6 days of it leaving me and is now back in the car fully working.

Pleasant, polite, helpful and effective. High quality service highly recommended.
