I purchased an Aloe Vera Supreme mattress last year from Bosh Beds. I have back problems and a decent mattress is very important to me. I called the team at Bosh to get some guidance on which product would best suit my requirements. The team were an absolute delight to deal with from the office staff who provided initial guidance, regular order updates and the lads that delivered the mattress to my door. Nothing was too much trouble and they even provided some free pillows which are just as good as the mattress.

A year on and the mattress is as good as new. I have much more restful sleep and wake up feeling refreshed and without any of my previous aches and pains.

I'd recommend anyone try a mattress from the Bosh Beds team.

Sending out a survey asking how well you've done when your website says up to 10 day delivery and over 3 weeks later I still don't have my item. All I had was an email from the owner demanding I take my 1 star review down?!

I'm so glad I decided to order the aloe Vera mattress from bosh beds, it is so comfy and the quality is amazing at such a good price too.
The service was great, everyone I've spoken to was so friendly & helpful and the mattress was delivered quicker than expected. Thanks bosh beds.

I really hate complaining but my experience with Bosh beds was honestly shocking and caused a lot of unnecessary stress.I brought something which never arrived in over a month after the website stating ‘usually 48 hours’.I then had to ring multiple times to be told different things about where my purchase was or why the delay.Eventually cancelled order as it clearly wasn’t arriving,asked for a refund twice and only ended up getting one through filling in a dispute form with my bank! Would NOT recommend.

Especially disappointed as Tom was a real draw in from being on apprentice ect, but seems that has no impact on how the business is run as customers basics are not a priority at all.

Zero stars if that was an option. I ordered my garden furniture set from these guys as the maximum I had to wait was 2 working weeks. I waited 5 working weeks. Soon as they have your money the customer service level is shocking. For my wait I was promised a cover set which I never received. I got told 4 separate days to wait in for my delivery (I had to take time off work) which didn’t turn up. Should of just ordered from alibaba for £400 instead of £1500 the exact same one is on there and would of waited the same number of weeks.

Can't praise Bosh Beds enough for the efficiency and ease when ordering and when the mattress got delivered. The Aloe Vera mattress is incredible and has improved my nights sleep considerably.

I can't recommend Bosh Beds enough.

I purchased 2 Aloe Vera mattresses from Bosh Beds back in November last year, was a great experience and really happy with the mattresses. I went to their new shop in Lakeside shopping centre. I purchased the Brentwood adjustable Dinning set; it was cheaper than we could find anywhere else and was delivered by a polite guy. Who had it delivered just over a week from ordering. Great quality and looks fantastic in my garden. I would recommend Bosh Beds to everyone I know. And keep up the great work on twitter Tommy, you are a very inspiring young man!

We ordered a cocktail table and ice bucket seat. We called numerous times to chase delivery and we were assured and promised we would get the items. The day before our party all we got was a refund notice, no call to advise delivery wasn’t coming! Huge disappointment

Previously ordered a matress from Bosh which was delivered quickly and managed well. So when they offered garden furniture I thought why not.

Well that was a bad decision.. ordered on line.. followed by silence.. two telephone calls with them to chase delivery to be promised call backs which never materialised.

Two emails sent which were ignored.

Resorted to PayPal claim to get money refunded. Will not recommend or use again.

My partner wanted me to order from bosh beds as he loves the owner and thinks he hilarious and there items look quite good but it says on website 2weeks till a order to arrive
We ordered garden furniture worth nearly a grand
It’s week 7
No one seems to have a clue what’s happening
One minute they need a courier to deliver next they have a back log of orders just excuses
Waiting for my money to be refunded and if it’s not Will be taking further and won’t be order from them ever again!!

Ordered garden furniture on the 9th of June (it is now 11th July) and no delivery yet. He keeps promising me a delivery date then just not showing up on the day with no communication at all. My daughter has taken two days working from home so she can wait in for the delivery which didn't ever arrive. Will be asking for a refund and going somewhere else.

This mattress should be under warranty?
