The two who made the repairs at my home were very professional and they completed the work in a timely manner with no disruptions to my routine. I highly recommend hiring this company for any repairs you need at your home. The work was of high quality.

If I could give less stars I would. This company was doing work for the seller of a home I bought. They took so long that my closing got pushed back a month. Then the work wasn't completed fully so it was pushed back again. After moving into the home I found out the work wasn't done professionally nor was it correct. I called and they said they offer warranty for a year. They wanted to charge me for their person to come out and check their work! I told them that if I am paying for someone to come out they needed to check out all of the things that I point out that was on their list to do. I have pictures of the unprofessional work that was done. I will never recommend and I hope no one trusts the safety of their home to these people! They don't even return your calls when you need assistance. They can't keep staff. They changed sight managers I don't know how many times. They suck!

Contacted them to get an estimate on whole house renovations. They responded quickly and got someone out to walk through with us and he took notes and measurements on June 2. He contacted us again and wanted to come back out for additional measurements. He brought someone with him on June 12 and they went through the whole house again and made sure they had everything we wanted done. He told us he should have an estimate to us within a week. Contacted him a week later to see if he had an ETA on the estimate. We were anticipating getting started July 1. We ordered PODS and started packing up the house. He never responded back. We reached out to him again 2 weeks later (around July 6). We then sent an email to the company POC we had on file and he responded back, apologizing for their company dropping the ball, but we still have no estimate and still have no clue what happened. We feel like we are being ghosted. We have since reached out to a different company for an estimate.
UPDATE:
For the record, I do not like posting negative reviews, but when they are this bad I feel a responsibility to let people know so they can make an informed decision. I am out of patience now with this company. I was hoping for them to do better. I responded to the company's request for more information, from my Google Maps review, on Friday July 14. They replied back apologizing for the delays and then another person also called me to apologize and let me know they are working on the estimate now and want to earn back my trust.
This is the email I received:
Thank you for your inquiry and please allow me to introduce myself. My name is {redacted} and I am one of the General Managers for Bosscat Home Services(formerly PunchList USA).
My sincerest apologies for the delays and frustration that has occurred on your project, and I am currently assessing the scope of work and looking to allocate scheduling timeframes. I wanted to reach out to advise that I am in receipt of the communication and what steps I am taking to make sure we resolve any outstanding items with you directly.
If you could give me today to work on this and by Monday afternoon to get back to you with the details and coordinate the times that are acceptable and accommodating to you.
Again, my sincerest apologies for the communication lapse and we will make sure to do all we can to have your experience improve.
===================================================
It is now Tuesday afternoon and I have not heard anything back from them. I sent an email this morning asking for a status update that went to 3 different people; all of whom were on the original email sent to me. Nothing back from them.
TO ALL COMPANIES OUT THERE - TAKE NOTE: This is not the way to run your customer service. If you say you are going to do something then do what you say. If you need more time, then at least let your customer know, before your own stated deadlines, that you are running behind and need more time. But not providing any updates at all is unprofessional and unacceptable. At this point, I don't care if this company comes in at half the price of the estimate (over $100k) we just received from another company (after Bosscat/Punchlist USA ghosted us). We will not use them. I don't trust that they will actually get the work done.

Quality and good experience with client support
I recently PCS’d to Virginia and hiring PunchList was the biggest regret. Most of the work felt incomplete or rushed. My wife and I spent around $6500 just to end up spending more to fix or finish the work PunchList provided. Below are the items that we have had issues with so far.
Attic fan:
Work performed: Punchlist evaluated the attic fan saying that it did not have a thermostatic and that the fan was not working.
Issue: Punchlist replaced the fan but did not install a thermostatic for the fan to work. I am currently reaching out to contractors to finish the job.
Plumbing:
Work performed: Punchlist was hired to evaluate/inspect water pipes and repair bathroom drain line.
Issue: The drain line Punchlist replaced caused a leak damaging the dry wall. After Punchlist contractors came out and fixed the leak, not the drywall, it was pointed out that they did a temporary fix. Punchlist had cut out too much wood around the drain line and instead of adding more wood to the area they attached a couple of tightening rods to the area. Once the rods start to loosen, it will start to leak again. I am currently working with a different plumbing company to fix their issue.
Work performed: The plumber replaced the hose bibb.
Issue: Hose bibb had concreate sealer around the entire bibb. I had to chip the concrete off but the bibb does not allow for a seal.
Replace HVAC Cover:
HVAC:
Work performed: Punchlist replaced the fan cover on the HVAC system.
Issue: The cover did not fit and crushed the filter causing it to bend the filter slot. I had to remove the cover and unbend the slot so a new filter could be placed.
Sweep and inspect Chimney/Seal cracks in fireplace:
Work performed: Punchlist inspected the chimney and sealed cracks in the fireplace.
Issue: Punchlist sealed in the cracks and performed other work on the chimney/fireplace before the inspection was completed. The inspection showed that more work was required but they would have needed to undo what Punchlist had already done and perform the work again after the other repairs were completed. This would have made me pay twice for the same work. Punchlist did refund me some of the money for the chimney work but not for all of it. I am currently working with a different company to repair our chimney.

Omg!!! Please stay away from this company!!! I had to select 1 star in order to write this review. The project managers in Georgia are the worst. We (my husband and I) had the GM come out to our home to show him the unprofessional work the painters were doing in our home. . He assured us that all of our concerns would be resolved on Thursday, 06/01/23. Well… guess what, he left our home and we never heard from him or the supervisor that came out to our home on Tuesday, 05/31/23. They ghosted us. We tried calling them and they have yet to respond. As of today, 06/03/23 we are still waiting for a callback. I have never experienced such unprofessional service from a company. We cannot put our home on the market because of the sloppy paint job that was done. The painters left our home at 8:00 PM on Thursday 06/01/23 and never came back. It’s been 3 weeks and we can’t anyone from PunchList to return our call. The total cost of our project is over $20,000 and the quality of service/ work isn’t even worth it. There is paint on our new floors, light fixtures, refrigerator, stove, microwave, ceiling fans, mirrors, door knobs, iron, nightstand, chest. They washed off all of their paint brushes in our kitchen sink!!! They used our mop to mop up paint they spilled on our new floors, which left white smudges of paint on our new floors. They left trash everywhere. They charged us a $175 to replace all of our outlet plates and did not replace half of them. We were told that project would take one week to complete. That was a BIG LIE. We heard some many excuses from the contractor that was painting our house. She came late and wanted to work past 8:00 PM. We are on week 3 and no one is answering our calls. I can go on and on. Bottom line is, if you live in Georgia do not use PunchList.

Realtor local to Tampa Florida. Punch list has been outstanding in providing comprehensive repair estimates that have greatly assisted me in property purchase negotiations. They have my wholehearted endorsement.

I am a local real estate agent and Adam Swafford with Punchlist is my go-to for repairs. He is a total rock star! He went above and beyond to ensure repairs were done correctly and completed in time for my seller's closing. He is professional, responsive, upfront, and incredibly honest. I cannot recommend him more highly!

Being new homeowners and dealing with various vendors as we make our house into a home has been eye-opening.
First, PUNCHLIST USA Dallas came recommended from our home inspection at a time prior to closing. The first contact was just as great as our recent one, they provide straightforward service and costs and decide which preferred vendors will be the best fit for our issues, making it less of a hassle to review the individual specialists for the job ourselves knowing nothing regarding qualifications.
When it came down to our issue of having plumbing issues after we closed on the home not even 3 months in it was discovered the pipes were backing up into the yard, and we didn't have a clue why, we reached out to our home warranty company a variety of times without a fix and the issue being deemed outside of coverage after 1 home visit and weeks of ghosting and back and forth uncertainty. So we went ahead and got a hold of Punchlist and explained the situation regarding the pipes. They got back to us the next day, asked a few additional questions, provided an estimate, and had someone out in just a few days. Working with Punchlist is just very comforting to have an issue and have an estimate of how much it is expected to cost and be given a range of options prior to starting so it is just not a guess of cost.
Technicians
The technicians that came out were friendly, real personable people, and had the best intentions for us, the homeowners. You felt the techs come out and work with clients to fix their problems and fix them right, they tried multiple tools, coming at it from different angles, and reached out to their contacts to get additional ideas to fix the issue, not just after 1 try and give up and leave us guessing what to do next or play russian roulette with another service company and pay another cost. Shout out to the technicians that have been to our home for this and previous work, they really show that we are a community and not just a number on an invoice.
As stated before we are new homeowners and the difference of technicians through our warranty company (no choice in company/tech that comes) seem to be working just for the paycheck, they are hard to get in contact with, and lack of customer service (feels like we are just a number) in the short time we have had to call for different services.
Hands down Punchlist is/will be our go-to provider, they really care and it is more than just a service call to them, it's getting families taken care of and having one less thing on their plate to be stressed about. The services coordinator Angilia that we got to work with each time is timely and answers my calls/emails and if she doesn't have an answer she will follow up right back and get it answered. It is amazing to find amazing companies, they make it easy to be a customer and when the work is done right it makes it easy to stay a customer.

The PunchListUSA service is a great idea and my experience with the Charlotte, NC branch has been a positive one. I'm a Realtor, so I applaud the integration with home inspection partners to benefit buyers. I just recently used them as a second home buyer to handle a number of repairs remotely for me. Good communications. Clear documentation. And, most importantly, a point person to monitory quality and priorities. Kudos to Joseph Wilson who was that project manager for me. He was the glue and the means through which to get things done and done well. There were workload and scheduling challenges to surmount, but he and the PunchListUSA team always came through in the end. With Joseph as the project execution glue, Erin Goodrich was the administrative glue from the home office. She helped to connect the dots throughout several changes and additions to my work order. The pairing of project and admin support is what makes the difference to bring a consortium of contract resources together to provide a services solution.

I thought using Punchlist would be a better choice than lining up all the resources to do my inspection fixes. Hired them in June and still not done! It has been an AWFUL, AWFUL experience. Changed project managers 3 times, have yet to finish all repairs and ones they said were completed either weren't done or done incorrectly. DO NOT USE THEM until they fix the known issues in Charlotte!!!

Punch list was fast and easy to work with to schedule the work to be done. The estimate was delivered quickly and was accurate.
Our technician, David Baxley, was professional, thorough, and fixed everything in a timely manner. Going through closings on our current home and future home is stressful and having David manage small repairs identified through our inspection was such a huge help.
Thanks!

Our experience with PunchList is excellent. From the moment we received our property inspection report from Pillar to Post (also an excellent company), to the well timed and detailed cost estimate of repairs from PunchList, we have simply been pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company and their service. We trusted PunchList to get the work done in a timely manner - and they delivered. They went out of their way to ensure everything in the home was back in place and functioning. We plan to acquire their services again!

This was the first time I had heard of and was able to use PunchList. The service was terrific. They picked up on every issue noted in our inspection. They even noted items that were recommended.
The information on their report was very useful in making decisions on what, if anything we may ask the seller to rectify and the cost. Knowing the costs also lets us know our potential exposure if items were not remedied before closing.
Excellent service so glad it was offered to us.
