"I’m extremely happy with the painting and flooring work completed by Bossdecor Ltd. Everything looks absolutely fabulous and the attention to detail was excellent. I engaged Bossdecor Ltd to carry out decorating and panelling works at my property in December 2025 and paid £5,000 for the job.

The works were left incomplete and included a number of defects, such as missed painted areas, poor finishing and issues around electrical fittings.

I raised these concerns with the contractor and he attended the property on several occasions. However, he did not accept responsibility for a number of the defects and stated that further works would require additional payment.

I subsequently obtained an independent quotation which confirmed that the works require rectification.

The matter remains unresolved and no refund has been offered.
