I complained about the closure of my account with phone number 3476543877 when I requested that a new phone be added to my account. All my transaction history etc were completely erased and the remaining call credit also. Boss revolution has refused to fix this issue after sending emails and making numerous calls to them.

We’re sorry for the frustration this situation caused. When a phone number is changed, the system automatically creates a new account, which is why the history and balance do not carry over.
That said, any remaining call credit on your previous number can be transferred. Please contact our team at 1-800-676-8312, and a specialist will review your old account and ensure the available balance is moved to your new number. Our team is fully equipped to assist you with this.

Reliable for long distance calls
I have used Boss revolution for a long time for long distance calls with no issues. Currently I don’t use it as much and only use it if I can’t get hold of someone via WhatsApp call.

Bad service I send 200 dollars and for that they ask for a bank statement and pay stub like I was sending 200 millions and they not even call to let me know my transaction didn’t when true I have to be checking my transaction to make sure my sister got the money and I have to call then to know what was going on with my transaction if I don’t call I will never knew that my transaction didn’t when true plus wen I cancel the transaction I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back definitely I don’t recommend this app to send money is to complicated

Was a happy customer before, but for the last few times they have not been answering my calls for a long time, I have been waiting on the line for a long period of time with no response for a problem that I mentioned in my last call that was not issued.
