I expected this to be corrected but your staff said it cannot. This made me have the impression that your company has scammed me, charging me $10 for service not rendered. Don’t trust these scammers
Don’t trust this scammers, they will take your money. They took $15 from my account I never authorized and it took me almost one hour to get someone to speak to. The explanation the customer service rep gave didn’t make any sense. In a nutshell she’ll, they are unable to refund the money they took from my account without my authorization. I have since deleted the App and reported it as fraud to my bank.
