BR Money Transfer 

I used BOSS to send money to Family in Ghana on 11/9/22 and informed, at that time, it would be deposited into my Cousin's Mobile Wallet (MoMo) on 11/11/22; today. The money, $450- was for Family support. The money was marked as withdrawn from my bank in a matter of less than 5 minutes.

Someone in finance called today, 11/11/22 and determined that he did not like my reason, and stopped the transfer, leaving my Family in a tight spot. Fortunately, the money was on hold, and released back into my M&T account in about 5 minutes, so am back to square one.

Now, I will find a different transfer company to get the job done; fortunately, will likely use Small World Financial Services, as they had been reliable, and only used BOSS as my Cousin was informed that they are being used a lot in Ghana. FOR G-D'S SAKE, DO NOT USE BOSS MONEY FOR ANYTHING!

Presently going through another bitter experience with boss revolution. They suddenly stopped my transaction. I received a call that they wanted to verify my account ( same account that i have been using for years ). I gave the guy all that he requested . He then said that he needs to do a conference call with someone from my bank to do bank verification, I said okay, he called someone and the person was asking me for my full social security number on a conference call( no one gives a full social security number to people on a conference call especially people you do not know). These whole stuffs sounds ridiculous bcos I have been using the account for years and my bank has already released the money to them. When I called my bank , they told me that such is not done and that they have never requested to speak to me or anyone . It also sounded strange to them bcos the money has been debited.
I think this is a form of selective racism, when I called back boss revolution, they guy said that it was a random stuff which doesn't make sense to me at all. They sounded so rude and like I was a thief ( my own card and my own money).
I have been using boss revolution for over 7 years and it has been from one issue to another .
I even introduced 2 customer to them for which they promised gift cards of 25$ each per customer and even till now, I have not received any.
Boss revolution is becoming mannerless with customers. Systemic monitoring of customers and randomly selecting people from Africa for whatever verification like everyone is a thief
I hate the selective racism and I will take this to Facebook and other social media

I like the ease of using your app to make calls.
I don’t like when I get charged for calls that don’t go through. There should be an easy way of contacting you for easy refunds. Nobody should have to spend a long time on the phone to report a charge that is under 10 cents, but they add up.
