Delivery never arrived and I’ve had zero response to my e-mail chasing up the order, terrible customer service! Paid directly on card too so guess that’s money down the drain 😡

Ripped off
Product never arrived and they wouldn't refund me!!!
I purchased the product from bosswerks through eBay, and didn't realise it never arrived until after the eBay automatic refund deadline, so eBay couldn't help me.
Bosswerks then said I was suspicious and stole the the parcel, even though the parcel was tracked and showed it never got delivered to my door, and it showed that on the eBay app.
It's very hard for me to steal something that never left the postal delivery depo.
I then realised that they were simply trying to wind me up because they knew I could not get a refund from eBay and I also couldn't leave a poor review on eBay because I was outside the time limit. They were simply making it difficult for me and hoping id give up.
Don't get caught out like I did.

Poor delivery service and poor communication.
Chinese company fulfilling the orders in UK which takes the delivery time to 3 weeks. Won't advise you about the order. Not a happy customer.
