This is a very bad housing information agency based in Copenhagen NV. I never got any useful housing information and the landlord never reply me after I paid 29SEK registration fee. Then the company kept draw money from my bank account, 398 SEK per month for 4 months before I noticed that they were stealing money from my account.
Shame on them, the bad Danmark-based company, cheating new arriving foreigners in Sweden
The website links you to other property websites like a travel website with a search engine. It’s a short subscription of a few days and if you don’t cancel you will be rolled over for the next month. You have to cancel it yourself. I never read the fine print and when I saw 30£ come out my account I was very upset. So I wrote an email to customer service and they helped me out with a refund. I still have not found an apartment but at least I found out other websites that are trustworthy linked to this site.
Moving is always stressful so it’s easy to complain if you miss the fine print, I was reading it in Swedish so I thought it was a one off of which it wasn’t.
So I give it 5 stars for service as they understood my mistake and refunded me. Very happy now as that’s a lot of money for us. Namaste shivA
I only shortly used the website, and then I forgot about it and did not use it. Then 3 months later, I notice the subscriptions is still on and money gets taken from my account.
I managed to obtain a refund for the 3 months by simply contacting them through the e-mail present on the website.

This is totally scam. Avoid this website. They took SEK 299 after 6 days trail for SEK29 (although they said of 7 days trail. So charged me 1 day before) without my notice. They don't reply to e-mail and don't pick up phone for any help. Rather than go to blocket.se website.

This is a complete scam. 299kr was deducted from my account twice just within 6 days. They give contact of landlords who when you call, they don't even know bostadssurf. This website is not to be trusted :(
The worst search tool ever. I spent so many hours on this website and got no good information whatsoever. You might think that this is a problem on my side, but no. If you used this website you can find that there is no difference between flat and room rental. It shows in the search but it doesn't work. As result, I spent two days trying to find an apartment and it was showing me damn rooms!
I am so mad at developers of this website so I want to punch them if I see any!

The website offered me a lot of opportunities for finding an apartment for rent. The website seems to collect and aggregate all the different housing (rental) options and gives you a great overview of what is available. Took me a couple of weeks to find an apartment for rent.
I paid for the intro week and went on for another month until I finally found what I needed. Easily stopped my subscription once I didn’t need it anymore – thus 5 out of 5 stars. Works just fine.

Searching a home? You find one of their site, and you press the link, which directly takes you to another site, where you can sign up and register you, finding out they just sent you to another provider.
