Generally on looking into review systems they are very well built, though this is an extraordinary unit with the grunt to push things to the extreme – hence the reasoning for the 3DBOXX 4860 marketed name. Importantly the BOXX brushed aluminium chassis looks the part and will sit under many a desk and not look out of place as part of the furnishings, an important point in today’s fine studio’s where many key customers and new clients come and go. Appearance is everything within the cutting edge studio of today. A clean office look equates to a clean operation.

I bought a laptop cooler (ZM-NC 1000) when I was actually hunting for the next model up. But fast postage (next day) and the fact that it's a great wee cooler meant I was happy to keep it. No fuss, no hassle. Exactly what e-shopping is supposed to be.

I wanted a particular product that was only available on this site. Before ordering, I looked around for reviews but couldnt find any on the likes of google shopping etc.. but having seen Boston listed as an official partner of SuperMicro I decided to take a chance and place the order.

Im glad to say the order came through without a hitch and the experience was very positive, with quick delivery and email notifications.

The staffs of Boston Limited are very resourceful and helpful. Items ordered arrived in a blazing fast speed and currently awaiting for second despatch.

They stock some of the smallest Supermicro chassis accessories e.g. a DVD bezel to whole server arrays. If you are building Supermicro systems, this dealer is the only and good choice in the UK.

II felt this is a company with service in mind. I put my enquiry of SAS cable on the web and they phoned back within 2 hours. Very helpful and informative responses as well.

Generally speaking, I will shop with them again. Yet to stress test an online dealer the best way is going through their return process, that is something I am yet to do (I hope I don’t have to). Hence this review can not give an account for that.

I used Boston Limited, in an emergency to order a Power Supply for an unusual server that I maintain. As I was unsure which one I required I phoned Boston up, the gentleman on the end of the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable.
As promised the part that i required arrived next day, I couldnt ask any more from Boston Limited at that time.
