Had to leave 9 days early and book a new place. The railings and shelves in the cupboard crashed to the floor when I hung up my shirts. The room -- and especially the floor -- doesn't seem to have been cleaned. It's covered in grime and dust. There's a strange (and dangerous) hole in the floor by the desk. The desk chair is rotting and falling apart. The desk is cracked and uneven. The most serious issue is the noise which happens every night. There are so many people in the house that someone is almost always in the kitchen or living room late at night, and every footstep can be heard loud and clear, even when I'm wearing earplugs. Doors are constantly slamming too. I've hardly been able to sleep since I arrived
