They ignore DMCA but their system is different which works like coudflare.

False Advertising, False Identities - Stay Away
The website states "DMCA Ignored VPS Hosting," which is horrendously false. All they do is forward your contact information to the company making contact about a DMCA claim - essentially they throw you under the bus to protect their reputation. One such company was a Hosted Server provider, which they apparently rent their servers from.
This company is but a sham and I would implore you to look elsewhere. None of the people on the "Contact Us" page are real, their claims of "DMCA Ignored" services are false, and I've not found one review that's listed on their website. Their website is littered with spelling and grammar errors, and they barely speak English. Something is very wrong here.

I used it & it was very bad company. they took my money & suspend my account without any dmca & without any reason. don't buy this company hosting. also it's not dmca ignored hosting. stay away from this scammer
