Customer service was great

They had one of the two items I ordered out of stock so they didn't ship for a while. Once I emailed them customer service was really good and got the instock item out and cancelled the oos per my request.

Awesome Company

I have been purchasing from Botach for quite a while. Customer service has always been amazing!
They have great products at prices that keep me coming back. When they ship to me, items arrive in a timely manner, and when I pick up in store everything is super smooth.
Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to make a purchase.

This was my 2nd time shopping here

This was my 2nd time shopping here. The 1st time my wife came & picked up 5 cases of ammo & they were friendly & even helped her loaded in the car. Today I came & picked up 2 orders & Jeff & the other 2 staff was very welcoming. Store is clean & organized & amazing prices as well.

Customer service is non existent

Customer service is non existent. Placed two separate orders. One order was shipped immediately and arrived quick. The other order for ammunition was delayed due to Apple Pay policy. Why is Apple Pay on your site if it can’t be used for your products ? They were good enough to email me that I needed to update the payment. I called and found out the only way you’ll get ahold of someone is if you call their govt sales line. You won’t hear anything back if you leave a message on their normal peasant customer line. I called multiple times and was told my order would ship shortly. I waited over a week for the 2nd order to be shipped. Decent price but the customer service is horrible and will not be back.
