Terrible company and customer service
Terrible company and customer service. I ordered a part that was available on site, but after waiting a month for it to arrive I finally emailed Botach to find out it was out of stock with no knowledge of when it’d be back in stock. Then I had to email them two separate times to actually get my refund processed. Use your money elsewhere.
