zero assistance, zero service, only money collecting

Boticca is not an online "boutique", only a platform to connect creator and purchaser : once you have any question, problem or refund need, it is not their problem : you deal with the creator. They're only here to collect the money. Which is not clear when they bill you

To make sure these situations won't happen again, we now have a partnership with DHL that allows us to check every single step of the process and interfere if necessary. On top of that, we're also making sure there are no customs fees to ever be paid by you.

Love the site, had an issue with one order/delivery.

It's a great site with beautiful jewellery and assessories offered. The VIP sales are great. I like being able to buy unique pieces from small artisans from all over the world.

A criticism is that on my last order I had to pay almost half the cost of the item in duty before the courier would deliver it. This was an additional expense I wasn't made aware of when purchasing and it has made me wary of ordering in the future.

Original & Good quality piece

Love my horsebit belt. The silver trim horsebit feels v unique and the leather belt which is such good quality is also adjustable to waist and hip so cannot recommend highly enough.

Great to deal with

I purchased a necklace for my daughter I received a 20% reduction as I was a new customer. The necklace was beautiful and my daughter loved it. I purchased it from the origami necklace collection. Will definitely use again.

Love love love bottica!

I would not hesitate to recommend this. I have made many purchases for myself and for gifts from many different designers. Very satisfied with level of craftsmanship and artistry. Unique pieces you can't find elsewhere.

Great selection!

Overall, I had a very positive experience using Boticca. I love that there is an option to make an offer to the designer directly for some items. However, there was no time frame (at least none that I saw) as to when I would hear back if my offer was accepted or not. I feel as if there should be a certain window of time to accept or decline on the designer's end and have that time communicated to the customers. Besides that, everything else was great and I would purchase from the site again.

Excellent, choices are unique, assurance is given transaction is safe and purchase is on the way and it was delivered very quickly and safely.

Lots of different choices in wearable art and jewelry that is unique. I purchased 3 pieces and they arrived safe and in a quick time seen they had come from other side of world (in Italy, I am in New Zealand). A good story about the designer and since learning about where she is from and the jewelry (Milan) I have learnt a bit more about Milan in Italy. I actually got the cost wrong though, my own calculation before purchase was wrong because I had cost in US dollars, I didn't realize, I just saw $ sign and thought it must be automatically changed to my currency the $, so the purchase was more than I had anticipated but that is my fault. I have since found I need to click the cost to Australian dollars and that will be closer to the New Zealand dollar purchase cost. I did query Boticca on price but it was ok, I didn't know at that time of my mistake in having it as US dollars. It was good that a customer can contact boticca after having done a transaction and it is good that I was updated about shipping. The price is good and I am very happy with my 3 purchases and I really enjoy looking through other designers work and stories behind the work. I gave positive feedback to designer after receiving the jewelry. Excellent

A return to form ...

Initial teething troubles with new website now a thing of the past - and once they became aware of the issue the customer service team were very helpful. Happy returning customer with a couple of straightforward subsequent transactions under my belt.

This is a web site which you can discover a lot of talented people. It's always full of interesting news, designers, products and I fully recommend this to anyone.

Superb item, great shopping experience

I bought a handbag I liked the look of and was thrilled when it arrived very quickly - it was even more beautiful than the photo, superb craftmanship, and unusual enough for everyone to notice and remark on. I will certainly be purchasing more items - I like the idea of supporting young designers AND having items nobody else has! :-)
