I appreciate the swift service
I appreciate the swift service, especially for a small sample set. My only "negative" experience is that one of the samples leaked and caused the labels on the samples to "smear" off, so I have trouble discerning which fragrance is actually which. Another observation was that one the sample vials is actually bent and that most labels were applied so that they were skew. Not what I really thought I'd experience from a niche brand .
Otherwise, appreciate the very swif service and once I have managed to sort out which fragrance is which, I shall be able to get an opinion of this type of perfumerie!

I am extremely satisfied with Bottega Profumiera. The shipment was very well packed and arrived very quickly. I also got a quick reply from customer service - regarding my question, unfortunately they could not answer it positively, but they added a small replacement.

Rapid, efficient, kind and generous
My first order of the perfume Shardana was not delivered at the specified time. I complained. Bottega reacted quickly, investigating at the delivery service, customs to find out where the package was stuck. Botega also at once sent a new package and went on enlightening the site of the stranded package. They even offererd me to keep both parcels if they would finally appear. The second delivery appeared within a short time, then some days later also the first one appeared. The Bottega Profumiera management proved to be very rapid, efficient, close in support, kind and generous. Thank you!
