Expected much better from retail side if I would of known I would have purchased from auction at less.

I paid for a gift box. Received a leaking bottle in a plastic bag. Gift was for a male colleague and had a pink cheap gift card attached with the wrong message written on it. Very disappointing

Great price and quick delivery but the bottle was scratched so doesn’t look great when you are giving it as a gift.

The service was brilliant. I couldn’t see how to add a note to a gift so I used the live chat. Nobody responded to the chat however I received a call from a lovely guy who sorted my request. Very efficient and helpful
