Does not even manage to have me order first time

Ordering first time - I am trying to register but the email that should be sent to confirm registration never arrived, so I can not order. I wrote to their official email address info@bottlebutler but the message returned as "blocked by recipient". Funny business to say the least, and not generating trust so would avoid. I am thinking this is a dropshipping site - but they didn't even get their act together on building an adequate website !!
