Excellent service, even though I left it to the last minute to send it still arrived on time and loved by the recipient. Would definitely recommend

I have used bottle in a box twice now and find them very reliable and trustworthy. I know my item arrives when I have requested and are always notified when it's on the way and then when when it's about to be delivered. I'm not sure if I amtext to let me know if it has actually been handed over but in my case it has gone to a big company and would not have gone to the person I requested immediately. However he has always received my gift. Thank you great service. And reliable company.

I found the Bottle In A Box company excellent to deal with. I ordered a Birthday box of flavoured Gin, tonic,chocolate and nuts and it was delivered to my brother via courier on the exact day I chose . I was even able to track it. My brother loved this gift and I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely use this company again. I highly recommend them for a quality gift and very promptly too.

The order was a gift. We assumed the order would go out quickly and wrote our greeting accordingly. BinaB sent an email seeing it was a birthday present to ask if we wanted it to go out immediately because ordinarily it wasn’t due to go until the following month. We said yes and they arranged delivery straight away. What excellent and exceptional service. We also wanted to amend a future delivery date too. BinaB arranged that too. Unfortunately the 70th Birthday present I ordered was delivered a day late despite me ordering it in plenty time. Reason given - it was being delivered to an island (Dunoon) ??? Why then did they not dispatch it a day earlier. Very disappointed. On the positive side the young man I spoke to was very polite and helpful.
