A+ These guys are GREAT!!
A+. 11 out of 10 stars. These guys are excellent. They know how to pack the art, and they treat customers very well. They respond to any issues quickly. They sell tons of art, and it's freakin awesome! I love buying from Bottleneck, always a great experience... unlike Collectionzz, which are the worst in the business.
Ignore the angry reviews by flippers
Word of warning, a lot of the negative reviewers are people that had orders cancelled for profiteering (dirty flippers) or don't understand these items haven't even been printed yet
Honestly, top company. Great customer service, really helpful, they combine orders where possible for you saving the extra postage and any issues they sort them.
I cannot fault how they operate from a purchasing point of view whatsoever.
Special props to Arseny who always goes above and beyond. I have used this company for years now and nothing but positive experiences

This company is very bad to place any orders. I ordered something in October and have yet to still receive it. A label was created over 12 days ago and the shipment still hasn’t left. I definitely will not do business with them again
Dodgy company.
Dodgy company.
Personally, I never do business with a company that is willing to sell a product, but avoids accountability in how it is done.
Bottleneck gives the impression of professional, but don't let the smoke and mirrors marketing fool you. They are incompetent at best, objectively trash human beings at worse.
Terrbiel company please avoid at all…
Terrible company please avoid at all costs. Orders canceled but they would not refund you. No explanations on why the order got canceled either.
Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. They cancelled my order without explanation. When I asked why it was cancelled, “Joe” replied bluntly, “Why do you think?” I asked for further details but received no reply. Extremely unprofessional. Worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of buying from. Avoid them at all costs.
Top!
Not sure why all these negative reviews. Been a customer for some time and order many prints. Sometimes it takes longer to deliver than is indecated when you pre-order...but have some patience I'd say. It's worth the wait. I'm a happy customer.
Really weird customer service
Bought an acrylic print from vice press (I know I’ll get to Bottleneck in sec) and due to the 3d nature of it, asked them if they recommended anyone with a framing solution.
They did, Baroque Portfolios.
Ordered from them, they’re in America so it wasn’t cheap but the site seems to prioritise quality so went for it. Ive also dealt with Vice Press both through their site and in person (Thought Bubble is an amazing convention) and really trust them so their recommendation had some weight.
Arrived today with two very visible chips in it. Black metal frame on predominantly black art so the chips appear silver.
Emailed them and they replied very quickly but treated me like I was having them on? They wanted me to destroy the frame (which is now around my art) before a refund or replacement.
I obviously objected to that as it treats the customer who is already annoyed you shipped them something broken like they can’t be trusted and is wasteful and just…wrong?
Guy on the email (Arseny Libon) was super rude about this said he’s never had an issue in 13+ years of running Bottleneck Gallery or Baroque of anyone complaining (doesn’t seem likely?).
Weirdly he cc’s in Bottleneck Gallery’s VP Joe who also blocks me from Bottleneck (I bought this from Vice Press, just to be clear).
It kinda feels like I’ve been had by a bullying gang when I just wanted a frame for some art that didn’t arrive in a poor state.
Looking at the other low rating here, there’s a common theme of rude emails and being blocked. I don’t think I’ve seen a company tell people they’re blocked for having customer service issues before, never mind for customer service issues with another company. Weird companies, both.
Great Art. Great Customer Service. Excellent Quality.
Awesome art and awesome customer service. Love the screenprints and giclees they produce. They have a great roster of artists. The lenticular and acrylic poster they are starting to offer more of are also great. They respond to emails very quickly and are willing to work with you as much as they can with requests.
Preorders longer than 90 days, absolutely no refunds or cancellations
This company is gaming the system. They purposely release items over 90 days ahead of time so that payment protections cannot be utilized. Extremely expensive items released over 90 days ahead of time giving themselves hefty, interest free loans. If they can't meet the delivery of that item, you're out of luck because you no longer have any protection after 90 days typically.
Excellent Service
Bought from bottleneck gallery twice.
Both times excellent and fast delivery to the UK
Terrible People at Bottleneck Gallery
Don't spend your money here, the person who runs it (Joe B.) is a bully. Even the artists hate the place, but it's a platform for their art to move, so they do business anyway. Stay away from this place, they're bums.
They Take Your Money - Confirm Your Order and Then Cancel No Service
They continue to cancel orders that I wait for and manually put in every times. I waste my time getting there early, I use my Shop App to buy and now 5 straight orders they have taken my money, sent me confirmation, and then cancelled my order without cause or communication and they dont answer any customer service emails, social media messages or anything. It seems like they are a shady business. I have tried to give them a shot multiple times and they continue to fail. I dont know if anyone even works there.
Great experiences
I'm not sure why this place is getting all of these bad reviews but I have had nothing but FANTASTIC experiences with them. A lot of their items take a lot of time to ship because there's a PROCESS that needs to be taken when taking orders and delivering collectible products. As a distributor myself, I understand the patience you must have when ordering collectible products. Either way, it's a great place with cool products and from what I've seen, AWESOME customer service.
Frustrating checkout experience and…
Frustrating checkout experience and poor customer service
I was recently trying to purchase an item from Bottleneck Gallery. Unfortunately, the item sold out while I was going through checkout. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I saw the same item being resold on eBay at a much higher price shortly afterwards.
I tried to contact Bottleneck Gallery's customer service to express my concerns. Unfortunately, there was no way to speak to a live person, and the only response I received via email was a generic apology.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing.
Unprofessional Customer Service & Banned Account
I recently attempted to purchase a limited-edition item from Bottleneck Gallery. Unfortunately, the item sold out during checkout, which was frustrating. While there's always room for improvement in online checkout systems, my biggest disappointment was with Bottleneck Gallery's customer service.
Despite politely requesting to speak with a supervisor on four separate occasions to discuss this issue, my request was denied. Instead, my account was inexplicably banned. This lack of transparency and unwillingness to address my concerns left me feeling unheard and frustrated.
"Unprofessional Customer Service & Banned Account" & Now Threats."
Since posting my initial review, a representative named Joe has contacted me and made threatening statements. (Hi, Also if this is a threat, we will escalate it to our local *precinct*). This behavior is unacceptable. Threatening customers is a serious offense. This further reinforces my concerns about Bottleneck Gallery's lack of professionalism and customer care.
Cool horrible customer service
Ordered a print on October 13th for Christmas present. The estimated delivery time was 4 to 6 weeks. At 11 weeks it still had not arrived. Contacted customer service and they seem to care less that it was supposed to have been a Christmas present. No apology was given about the inaccurate estimate time or that the print wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. They would not refund me nor cancel my order. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I finally received the print 14 weeks after ordering it. It is very nice and the recipient loved it. I give credit where credit is due and it was a pretty awesome looking print. If I had it to do all over again though I probably would not or if I did I would lower my expectations as far as their customer service goes. If I could give their customer service negative Stars I would but the overall experience I give two stars, but that's only because the print looks so cool

horrible company ran by incels that try and hold your money after canceling orders because they are poor scammers.
Best in the business!
Best in the business!! Continue to be impressed with their service not to mention the high quality art.
BottleNeck Gallery is the WORST!
If I could give them zero I would. They are THE WORST. Not only am I still waiting for a CHRISTMAS purchase I made, when I ask the status, they send the snarkiest replies. I ordered a print for a Christmas present in early December, 2020. This is July, 2021 AND I'M STILL WAITING. I think this is a very shady business and I will NEVER order from this outfit again.
Good Products, terrible customer service.
Whilst their products are amazing, their customer service is terrible ( I believe the three owners run the customer service side)
I’ve never known a set people so arrogant and so unwilling to help when something is their fault, especially Joseph. He literally sends you a couple of words reply when you have a genuine enquiry or are missing a parcel.
It’s a shame because they have the potential to be such an amazing company, I don’t believe in “the customer is always right” bull, but their customer service side lacks massively.
