I bought a bottle of wine that unfortunately arrived with a damaged cork. After reporting it, I received a prompt reply from Anders, who told me they would send a replacement if they had the same bottle in stock or a simular if not. Less than an hour later, I got a message confirming that the wine had already been shipped, and in just under three days I received a perfect new bottle. Now let’s hope it tastes just as good! :)

I live in Finland and I ordered a bottle as a gift, but unfortunately, it had already broken during transport and never arrived. When I filed a complaint with the company, I received a message within an hour saying that a new bottle was on its way to replace the broken one. And that’s exactly what happened. The new bottle is now just waiting to be opened :)

Ordered two bottles of the same kind. Would expect them to arrive in the same wrapping, but one looked very nice and the other one looked cheap.

Ordered a 60-year old Barolo for a gift from wide range of vintage wines. Price seemed reasonable for age, and bottle arrived shortly and was well packaged. Bottle label was little bit damaged, but I didn't expect pristine bottle with this much age.
