Great service but mind the pictures shown.
Great service. the products were very well packed and presented. It felt very special receiving it.
The only thing that didn’t please me was that when I made the purchase, the picture on the website showed that the 1l bottle already has a pump included. Therefore, I didn’t buy an extra pump, unfortunately. It felt tripped on this aspect.
Other than that, everything was great.

Hello Samara, we do have a pop up when you add the 1L products to your cart remding you to add a pump. We stopped shipping the pumps with every 1L bottle to cut down on our single use plastics. We hope this clears it up a little bit. Thank you.

I ordered products and 1 of the products that I received was wrong , so I got in contact with customer service and I got the right product I ordered sent the same day. Amazing service and amazing products. My hair is curly again :) in Europe! The water in Europe really destroys my hair but these products have helped so much!

We're so happy you're enjoying the products. We use fairtrade and organic products where possible which ensures all parties in the chain are paid fairly. We also use biodegradable bottles and PCR which tends to be more expensive than other packaging. I hope this explains a bit more as to how we price our items :)
