Great service. Fast shipping. Fair price. Love the styler but not the conditioner. I prefer a conditioner with more “slip.” Not wasting though; have added it to my spray bottle with water and use it for refreshing.

the product works really well it. Minor issue it could smell better. It doesn't smell bad but, it doesn't smell pleasant. Smells like nothing with a hint of ambiguous chemicals.

Incredible products! I have been an avid user for years, and have converted my mum who lives in the US! I used the US boucleme website to send her some products for Mother’s Day. The shipping was super fast and gave me updates every step of the way. Arrived in perfect condition and she is very happy with her new curl cream and curl gel!

I'm in love with this product I recommend , I boughtit for my daughter her hair is very curly and dry and now is wonderful.

USPS lost my order and Bouclème replaced it right away for me even though the tracking said it was delivered. (It wasn’t) That’s customer service and a wonderful product!

I bought the conditioner and the styling gel and OMG it made such a difference! My hair has never been so curly and so soft! I even got some ringlets that I never knew I had! I love this product ❤️

I will update my review once I’ve used the product for a bit. I was very upset that I could not use my 20% off coupon in my order. When I emailed your company, no one reached out to why or tried to rectify the problem. This is making me want to return my products. This is not good customer service.

This is the best product I've found for my daughter's 3C/4A hair texture. It is the only one that let's her wear her hair down for more than one day in a row without becoming a tangled nightmare.

I absolutely loved how these products left my curls! They were fluffy, moisturized, and perfectly defined. The gel also didn’t weigh down my curls

Somehow heavy and not moisturizing at the same time. Not a good match for 2c hair.

Used this on my low porosity 2b/2c/3a hair and didn't get a lot of definition and think there are other gels that would work better

I ordered super hold styler and an exfoliating shampoo. I’ve used the gel before and I really love it. However, this was my first time ordering any other product. I ordered the 100ml shampoo and the jar was unsealed and only a quarter way full when I opened it. I’m unsure if the jars come unsealed, but my gel did have a seal, so I would assume so. I emailed customer service with a photo reference asking about it, but they reassured me it was done by a machine so there wasn’t an error. Kind of disappointing.

I ordered the curl creme gel in the 1 liter size with a pump. I love the new size and have in my vanity cabinet right at the edge so all I have to do is open the cabinet and get one or two good pumps and put in my hair and I'm done. Works perfectly and the scent is very nice and not overbearing.
