Can’t believe fell for this company.

Absolutely disgusting service!!
I would not recommend this company at all, they lie, they have not sent my products and took my money!!
They don’t reply to emails and they don’t reply to Instagram messages!
This company is a scam and I would urge anyone not to purchase anything from this company at all. They are taking advantage of young parents trying to better the lives of their children. Taking hard earned money from you and not delivering any products.
They should be criminally charged with fraud.

I have bought the pram and the car seat from Boujee Baby Boutique. Today I visited an authorised fitting station to have the car seat installed and I was told its quality is awful and does NOT meet the Australian Standards.

What can I say THIEVES
No tracking number, no goods and I'm afraid to say that's all you'll get from corresponding with Jasmine at BABY BOUJEE, feels like the emporers new cloths INVISIBLE. Was so looking forward to these items for my new grandson but Baby boujee SCAM SCAM SCAM. Shame on you, especially in today's economic climate when many people are struggling. I hope karma bites you in the Ass.

Bought the ‘timeless 3-in-1 pram’ with the car seat. Car seat does not meet Australian safety standards and the quality of material is horrible. I asked to return it and they declined with the same generic response. Very dodgy

Very misleading website with low quality products. Terrible customer service, no way to return or get a credit memo - not that I would buy anything else from this sham of a business. DO NOT BUY.

Absolute scam!!!! I purchased 2 newborn outfits for $130 and received the worst hand made quality outfits I wouldn’t dress my dogs in for Halloween. No labels, stitching coming apart, foul odour need I say more. The site claims exceptional quality fabric for your babies skin…couldn’t be further from the truth. Here I thought I was purchasing from a Melbourne boutique but received these from china. They took my $130 on the 9/11 and I received the clothes on the 26/11. Clearly not coming from Melbourne, but a hock shop in China! Communication horrendous after 12 emails unanswered. Save yourself the heartache. I’m liaising with my bank as we speak.

DONT ORDER HERE. They’re scammers. I ordered, they refused to send me a tax invoice or order number and told me to just keep waiting for my tracking. They never responded to anymore emails. I raised a dispute with my bank who said they were on their scammers list and have had several reports from others.

you will receive the dirty set from unknown fabric material, not as in picture! not a cotton , what break all US regulations for sale children product (specially new born BABYES!!!)

WHICH I THOUGHT ITS FROM AUSTRALIA. THE BABY'S CLOTHES MEANT TO BE NEWBORN IS AS BIG AS 1 YEAR OLD EVERYTHING IS SO BIG... SOOOO DISAPPOINTED NOT HAPPY. THE BOX HAS A TEAR AND I WAS EXPECTING A LUXE GIFT. THE CLOTHES LOOKS SO CHEAP NOT THE SAME AS THEY SHOWED PHOTOS ADVERTISED HERE!. MY NEWBORN COULD NOT WEAR IT, THE REASON WHY I BOUGHT IT SO HE CAN USE IT IN THE HOSPITAL OR FOR HIS COMING CHRISTENING, BUT NO!!!! I HAD UPLOADED A PICTURE OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND A NEWBORN WHITE CLOTHING SIZE THAT IS MEANT FOR NEWBORN AND THE SIZE THEY SENT ME IS TOO BIG NOT EVEN AS WHITE AS I EXPECTED.
