There nothing "Magic" about very weak coffee - which used to be amazing.
This is about a coffee company starting really well, well above average in quality of "upscale" (as they refer to themselves) coffee, for which one pays "upscale" prices. It comes with smiling polite staff. I have had tons of good coffees there.
However, consistently in both their Regent street shop as much as the Round Church the quality of coffee has been really mediocre. The coffee is became weaker and weaker.
The Magic is no longer magic but an overpriced tepid milk soup. Having given them the benefit of the doubt a few times, since March I stopped going to their shops.
A classic case of the ecomomists' coined term "entshitification".
