Great product and even better support and experience
The product is durable and extremely versatile, sleek and elegant, and the service team is impeccable and incredible. I have had two so far, first of which broke and upon reaching out was replaced promptly with a great care from the customer service team. Communication was quick and action was even quicker - my replacement unit was in hand within the week it broke. Highly satisfied with both the product and experience.

Very disappointing product
Very disappointing product.
Only the face plate is metal, the rest of the case is plastic. This is a far cry from how they use to be built and the price has only gone up.
Do not recommend for use in public spaces, which is what they are seemingly designed for.

The kiosk is a great design just uses bad screws
The kiosk is a great design and fits the iPad & printer perfectly. My only complaint is the screws it comes with were bad quality, I had 2 screws snap. Otherwise it’s a great design!
