Poor product design or low quality…
Poor product design or low quality materials not made to last. My daughter is an inpatient at the NHS Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow for the next 6 to 8 weeks. The hospital opened in 2015 and above her bed is a Bouncepad boom arm holding a tablet for patients. The tablet is fixed to the end of the arm with cable ties due to the failed plastic mount. The rest of the arm is metal however the end section is what I can only describe is bakelite type plastic that has not stood the test of time. I spoke to staff earlier about it and they told me 80% of the kids rooms are like this with broken tablet mounts making them mostly unusable. A terrible advert for your brand Boucepad, do the right thing and sort these out (no cost to the tax payer).

It was an easy installation! Might include when purchasing that some tools might be required OR just include the correct screwdrivers in the packaging. I think some instructions could also be included on how the lock works!

Great packaging, clear instructions, high quality
This product is worth it's cost and made of great quality. I greatly appreciated the way everything came packaged and how clear the instructions were. I would only recommend having a way for the plastic base to snap onto the metal base.

Superior Customer Service
I am a first time customer from the United States who was searching for a company that supplied kiosks for registration purposes. My prior experiences using Kiosks has been from a consumer's vantage point i.e. to make purchases, check- in for flights or even sign in for medi-centers. I never imagined I would be the one on the other end researching companies to decide the most efficient Kiosk that would serve our needs . And yet, that is where I found myself.
The initial thought of choosing the "right" kiosk/company was intimidating for me because of my lack of knowledge and understanding in this area. I did not know exactly what to look for: What made one Kiosk more efficient than another? How does this technology work? How long does it take to receive shipment? What is the return policy? How easy or difficult would it be to assemble?
Bouncepad.com made my process less intimidating and more empowering. After browsing the website of the variety of kiosks by type, device, product, and environment I had a sense of what I needed to move forward. What caused me to choose bouncepad was the superior customer service I received. I had the honor and privilege to encounter James Welch on my first call. He was patient, kind, he understood the product and addressed my concerns. Great customer service and quick communication
They accidentally packed the wrong cord. I was able to easily contact them and they were super responsive and quick to send out the correct cord. I really appreciate their customer service and quick action to make it right. Also, I have really been enjoying the stand. It looks sleek and has been a great addition to our check in area.
