Boundless Macs Reviews 

We purchased a Macbook Air from Boundless Macs and ran into difficulty when we tried to do a reset of the OS. Stella and the tech team were responsive and willing to help us through this stressfull situation as my son needed the notebook functioning for the start of college. They troubleshooted the problem for us and offered helpful suggestions. In the end, we were able to get the MacBook working again. So grateful for the awesome support after purchase from Boundless Macs! A+++ people!

After extensive research for a company with genuine apple parts ( not knock offs) I went with this company based largely on their reviews & 3 yr. warranty ( 2020) with the purchase of a 13" Mac Pro Book 2015.
First problem( within 8months) was rapid deterioration of screen in spite of excellent care. Was told " oh yes there was a recall on that issue but that is newly expired! Nevertheless he replaced the screen without cost based on my promise to not leave his company a negative review. The replacement deteritorated even faster than the first one.
Then I was told by my local Apple store that the accompanying charger was a knock off. Two Strikes..
Finally the death of the battery after just 3 years delivered the final blow when Apple repair informed me that my so call apple computer had a 3th party hard drive and would not qualify for the apple product repair fee.
Flash Back to my initial conversation / contract with Boundless Macs that this computer was an Apple product and would qualify for apple repairs!
In conclusion this company practices deceptive marketing consisting of lies. You have been warned.
