Check the small letter in their policies

I’ve been buying flowers from this site for years. Whenever they told me a flower was unavailable, I would switch to another flower without protesting or arguing. The day I specifically needed a certain flower and saw available on their website, I ordered it, and eventually received an email saying they didn’t have it because it was out of season. So far, business as usual. But when I told them that this time I’d rather cancel my order because I really need that flower (which I ended up buying at Longos so it was not that out of season), they cited their policy and told me I would be charged $15 anyway. No matter what argument I made, their answer was always: “That’s our policy. You should read it first and, if you don’t like it, no one is forcing you to buy here”. Their famous policy requires you to make your purchase without knowing whether they can actually provide the arrangement or flowers. If they don’t have them and you want to cancel, they’ll still charge you a $15 service fee. In other words, their policy enables them not to update their website, offer a variety of things they don’t actually have, and still charge you for placing an order. Whether or not it’s in writing, this policy is wrong, and as long-time customer, I would have thought they could do something about it. Thank God there are plenty of flower provider in Ontario.

Absolutely waisted

Absolutely waisted. If you go to the cemetery and grab flowers for someone, would be much better and fresh than ordered through this company. Bouquet.ca
I wanted to get nice flowers to my friend. All the roses were dying. I felt very embarrassed that my friend got flowers like that. This company should not be in business. 120 dollars to the garbage. Please do not waist your money or time.

Scam business - Avoid!

Ordered flowers via Canadafloral.ca which is the same company and flowers looked nothing like the image. Would avoid.

In addition, I'd emailed them and tried calling to cancel the order but they have the incorrect contact details on their site, therefore did not receive my email and refuse to accept fault. Shameless people
