Faulty vinyl flooring laid and refusal to put right
They laid vinyl flooring in my house and almost immediately is started to shrink. Said they used the wrong glue so they replaced the flooring with a different vinyl and yet the new vinyl shrank again. Bourne Carpets prevaricated, blamed me, blamed the fitter and put up so much obfuscation it has been impossible to get a resolution. Gaps still keep getting bigger.
