Always make you feel welcome great boutique something new in all the time

If you want something different and unique then I totally recommend bee's boutique. I've been instore and could have bought everything and it's all very reasonably priced and very good quality. The customer service is second to non. I've also ordered online which was very easy to do and your kept updated regularly on what status your order is at. I chose click and collect which was a good excuse to go back into the store

I haven't received my order and still no response to my emails as to why and its been over 3 weeks now

What a fantastic little shop. So much to choose from and just a bit different. So friendly and helpful you even have the option to shop online and collect in store.

Great service, easy to order , good communication, would recommend.

I have been tearing my hair out trying to find Labubus in stock for my kids, and then I came across this website - they weren't charging a huge markup like some places, and even though I ordered just after the 3pm cut-off for next day delivery they managed to get it to me the next day all the same. The dolls appear to be genuine, so everything is great! Would use again.

Fantastic Manager who listened well and gave amazing advice on my purchases. She was extremely helpful and provided a very high level of customer service and paid attention to all the details. I would like to comment on the gorgeous styles and colours that are available too. I would highly recommend this store and will definitely visit again soon.

I ordered a a pair of winter boots and wasn’t sure if they’d come in time before ordering - I reached out to customer service and they responded straight away and was able to reassure me that my package would be delivered on time. I’m so pleased with the boots they are super comfy and look great on.

Very good would use again

I discovered this boutique in Blackburn today and was really impressed. The owner was really friendly and helpful and gave great advice on styling me an outfit when I asked. There’s some beautiful fashion and accessories at really reasonable prices for all shapes and sizes. I was really pleased with my purchase. I would recommend having a look online or dropping into the shop as there are outfits for all occasions. I’ll definitely be back.
