Purchased a blu ray for pre-order November 18th for delivery on the 3rd of December, it's now Febuary the 4th and I'm yet to have my order fulfilled. Most recent communication has been completely ignored by "Ladi", no reply for an email sent 10 days ago, including a follow up one 6 days ago.
I picked up the 4K Criterion release of Mulholland Drive here for a fraction of the usual price and couldn’t be happier. Delivery was incredibly fast, and the packaging was excellent really secure and protective. Honestly not sure why there are negative reviews floating around. My experience was flawless, and I’d happily order from this shop a thousand times over.
I pre-ordered a blu-ray from this company. They gave me a date when the blu ray would be released, which was months after it was released elsewhere. Still haven't received it. Contacted them 4 times and had no response. You cannot call them either. They have stolen money from me. I went with them to give a smaller company my money...no wonder people just use Amazon
Unprofessional practices.
I asked to cancel an order (not yet shipped) which is permitted both through the retailer’s terms and conditions and the distance selling regulations. I was told that I cannot cancel it as the retailer that the store buys the stock from won’t let them cancel. When I pointed out that it’s not my issue and the law allows me to cancel it was met with disdain and I was ‘banned’ from future purchases (not that I would make any).
The store also illegally withheld a card processing fee of £1.55 from my refund.
Amateur operation. Avoid at all costs.
Stumbled across Boutique Home Video whilst searching for a Coraline steelbook, was unsure to alack of reviews but thought I'd give it a go. The service was excellent and the steelbook arrived in good time and wellpackaged.
