package was sadly never delivered

package was sadly never delivered. french post office kept it due to invalid adress, but that is complete nonsense. I carefully wrote my full adress with phone number and e-mail for contact should any trouble appear. it pains me to say it, because the bookmark was supposed to be a christmas present, but I do not recommend. also, the money and shipping I paid for it will never be returned to me, so…

This shopping experience is good.

The goods will arrive at the destination soon and are well packed! The only thing that needs to be improved: it would be better if the customer service could reply to the message! 🥰🥰🥰
