Lovely product with great customer service
Found a ring that I knew my girlfriend would love. Dealt with Gabbie who really helped with the packaging being inconspicuous. The ring is beautiful.

Service was great and have used before without issue, if I have one negative it would be that the boutique name is on the package outer, item was bought as a surprise for the missus so as she signed for it questions we're asked.!!!! Other than that excellent

I was reccomended to visit here by CocknBull interiors in the village and Wow what an experience X4
1st - they are repairing a sovereign case/locket which was my great aunts. Told elsewhere it wasn't repairable, the team at boutique Sofia have sent it off to a magic man to fix. Although it's not finished yet I can't wait to see the results and will be so pleased they could fix it.
2nd - selling some old jewellery to them for the gold/silver price. Such friendly staff and took the time to test and confirm genuine gold on a bag of mixed items.
3rd - visited to purchase a ring which I had seen online. They also bought out others similar to view and try on. Nothing was too much hassle. Agreed to "hold" the item for me so I could speak to family and show photos etc.
4th - collect said ring the same day as I couldn't wait any longer. Perfect fit. Perfect service. Perfect shop.
Saw many other customers collecting items and saying how pleased they were. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and will be recommending to anyone who needs anything jewellery related.

I have had a few things from Boutique Sophia, and have loved them all. The ring I have had today has far exceeded my expectations. It is so beautiful. Boutique Sophia are really very reasonable for the quality of items, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of buying. The price included resizing, which you wouldn’t get in many places. On to my next item soon!

Stunning Aquamarine Ring
Boutique Sophia made me the most beautiful aquamarine and diamond ring set in platinum which arrived today. The process was all done online and was easy with good communication. The ring in my head is now on my finger and it’s stunning. The quality of the stones and workmanship is top quality and I would highly recommend them. This won’t be my last purchase from them
