It seems like a joke to me to charge a deposit for the pallet and for the carrier not to take it. If I make a purchase with delivery it is because I don't have a truck to enjoy. How am I going to return the pallet?

Hi! The pallets are indeed a disadvantage of our delivery proposition for larger orders. You can also find this in our delivery conditions. Bouwmaat is a wholesaler and the delivery service is aimed at companies. These customers often order several times a month. Pallets can then be returned easily and free of charge with a next delivery order. For your next delivery order, you can make an appointment in advance with your local Bouwmaat branch to take the pallets back for free. See you soon and have a nice day!
