Went for my eye examination and was seen by Ryan. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing and why. Had all the tests done and came out feeling a very satisfied customer.
I would recommend him to anyone and one of the best opticians around.

I had a very positive experience when I had my latest eye test. The test itself was very thorough especially as I had been having problems with the reading side. I had to return to have the glasses readjusted and again was treated very professionally.

Being going there a longtime. Helped with my son stigmatism when he was little. Very professional, understanding and reassuring. Helping me at a time of poor health. The whole team are friendly, reassuring and highly experienced. Customer service is a premium gold service.

Always super friendly and helpful. It’s lovely to see smiling faces as soon as you walk in. They are also all very knowledgeable and provide all the different option to find the best match. Definitely recommend!

I received a reminder that my eye test was due, had no problem making an appointment to suite me. As always I was welcomed on arrival, seen on time and had a very thorough examination which was explained to me every step. Staff are so nice, and the practice premises are immaculate.

Soon after buying an expensive pair of glasses I was having problems with then slipping down which made reading difficult. After several visits and tests regarding this Bowens told me they were unable to solve the problem. Therefore I was offered a refund and advised that they were unable to provide me with glasses. No exchange was offered and they explained they were a small company and that they felt they were unable to solve my problem and I was basically told to find another Optician. I had to revert to my old glasses and did find another Optician who, by the way, have been able to provide me with glasses. But then, I thought that's what Opticians do.
