I bought a multipd 6-in-1 tripod and it's broken after been used the second time. I'm still asking to HONOR the warranty (I think, they don't know how warranty works, or maybe honor?) and no answer up to date. Very poor customer service. If they ask you to "contact us" through their web page. It's a joke, it doesn't work at all.
