Thank you, Caro, for the lovely review! It’s great to hear you’re happy with our machines and service. We really appreciate your feedback and are pleased we can provide a reliable service for the school. Thanks for choosing Bowland Water Coolers!
We’ve been using Bowland Water Coolers since 2018, and their service has been consistently brilliant throughout the entire eight years.
They went above and beyond to support us when we moved offices in 2025, making the transition completely seamless. The team cleans and maintains our cooler frequently, and whenever we run low, water replenishment requests are handled promptly without any fuss.
Beyond the technical service, it’s always a highlight of the day when Adam or any of the team drop by—we always end up having a great catch-up and a laugh. They are easily the friendliest, most reliable, and professional natural spring water suppliers in Lancashire and beyond.
The quality of the water is fantastic, making it effortless for our entire team to stay hydrated and hit our daily water intake. Highly recommended!

Thank you both for such a lovely review and for being with us since 2018! It’s fantastic to hear that we’ve continued to look after you over the years, especially during your office move. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to Adam and the team, they’ll be chuffed! It’s always a pleasure to pop in for a catch up. Thanks again, Chris and Emma, for your continued support. Here’s to many more years together!
