The best customer service experience I've had recently!
I needed to exchange part of my set for a different size and everything was handled quickly, kindly, and effectively. The exchange was easy and the items fit beautifully - the fabric quality is really great. Oscar even followed up with me proactively to let me know my new shipment was on the way. Great experience overall and would highly recommend!
I have nothing but good things to say about Bowndless. I ordered two sets and they arrived from the UK in just a few days.
The tops fit perfectly but the bottoms were a bit snug. When I reached out to initiate an exchange, I was met with outstanding customer service... which I am not honestly that used to in America.
There were no hour holds, no angry service reps, just one friendly person helping me every step of the way! My exchange was started no questions asked (aside from what size would work better for me).
Unfortunately one pair was out of stock in the size I needed, but the pair they did have in stock arrived in just a few short days with a letter signed by the owner for another great personal touch.
The clothes themselves are well made, super comfy and cute. I will defintely be placing many more orders with Bowndless in the future! Love, love my new workout gear!
The leggings did not fit me. But they have an amazing customer service and help you out with your problems. I would recommend it:)
Great pair of leggings, but not as stretchy as your normal leggings. Otherwise, great leggings!

Fast shipping. The leggings are great quality. I absolutely loved it
They are very comfortable and the ocean blue colour is stunning, however the brand logo was already starting to peeling off when I first opened my package. It’s not adhered on well. Also, sweat goes through them very easily.
