As a wheelchair user I have found the wheelchair accessible taxi service invaluable. The drivers are reliable, considerate, polite and experienced. This service has enabled me to travel with confidence to do things that I otherwise would not be able to do.

After 2.5 years in the area, we’ve finally found a reliable, professional & reasonable taxi service to the airport. Boxall provided a large mini bus and allowed us to bring our own car seats (2) and store whilst we were away which was super helpful. The ladies on the main desk are great and polite too! Great service provided for our drop off and pick up at Luton airport. Both drivers were polite and helpful, the vehicle was comfortable and large enough to accommodate six passengers and large suitcases. The price was great value for money; much less than paying for the car park and we were dropped at the door if the terminal. The booking and confirmation of the service was very efficient too. We will be using Boxall Taxis every time from now on. Would throughly recommend.
